The house is a vacation rental by owner (holiday rental) , so there is no management fee, booking fee, service fee and no property camera's. Just the rate, plus taxes (11%) and a cleaning fee ($300). We are a pet friendly house (pet fee $200).

We are a pet friendly house (pet fee $200). This house and registered, licensed and inspected by the State of Florida, the county and the City of Saint Augustine.
Amenities
The house is the only ocean front house that sits on a double lot on the non-driving section of the beach. Built in 1936 the house embraces the history of Saint Augustine and old Florida Charm. The house is constructed of local cypress wood and contains the original floors. The house has a TV in every one of its 4 bedrooms (YoutubeTV and wifi), a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), washer and dryer, a large pool and plenty of parking. The kitchen is fully stocked. House has linens and towels as well.

- Jan- Feb $4500-$5000 a week
- March $5000 to $6000 a week
- April $4500 to $5500 a week
- May-August $5600 to $7000 a week
- Sept -Dec $4500 to $6000 a week (Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Blue Dolphin Beach Front Cottage is situated on two ocean front lots on the Golden Mile of the non-driving section of St. Augustine Beach. The house is the only ocean front house with a pool on the island.
Situated on one lot is the oversized pool and pool deck on the other a charming 1936 beach cottage. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a large wraparound deck with a grill and views of the pool and ocean in one. The oversized master bedroom boasts a full size private deck with 180 degrees of ocean front.
The property is managed by a local owner (not a remote landlord) so there are not layers of management, booking and service fees to pay or remote property monitoring cameras. The cottage and beach are also dog friendly.
